Q: How long does it take to charge a phone?

A: The same time as through a normal outlet.


Q: How many people can charge on one Soofa at the same time?

A: Two.


Q: Can people charge at during a cloudy or rainy day or even at night?

A: Yes, Soofa stores the energy that it collects during daylight hours and makes it available at any time.


Q: How many hours can people charge? 

A: An average of ten hours per day, meaning continuous charging from each port for ten total hours. 


Q: Will the Soofa Bench work during the winter? 

A: Yes, it is extremely weather resistant. However, it will collect less sunlight so it will provide less energy. But from our in person observations and analysis of usage data, people tend charge for shorter periods when it is cold.


Q: How does Soofa deal with maintenance? Does Soofa provide service for the technology?

A: We take care of the technology and provide one year of warranty for any failure. If you purchase Soofa Care for only $100 we extend the warranty to five years. If something doesn't work our dedicated customer success team will troubleshoot within 24 hours and if need be we will send you a new inside technology unit.

A: The Pro Version is available in both products. Pro lets you monitor the health of your infrastructure and measure pedestrian traffic in your outdoor spaces.
