Soofa Culture Code

The #1 question we hear in interviews is “what’s the company culture like at Soofa?” While it’s difficult to answer such an open-ended question, here are some of the key touchstones of Soofa culture.

Work Hard, Play Hard, & Be Well

We take pride in our ability to get sh*t done, but we also take pride in our ability to have fun. From Whiskey Wednesday and Book Club to island camping and ski trips, we strive to create an atmosphere of joy and energy at all times.

We believe that productivity and fun are inclusive, and that you must be your best to give your best.

Be Direct & Don’t Make Excuses

Soofarians aren’t afraid to confront problems head-on. We are radically candid with each other and unafraid of receiving feedback ourselves.

We don’t play the blame game. We use monthly checklists and regular 1:1s to keep each other on track and out of the weeds.

Be Unorthodox & Inclusive

In our book, “mainstream” is a bad word. Our ability to think creatively as a team grounds us in the madness.

We constantly strive to be more conscious. The more we know, the better we can serve our communities.

Be Personal, Care, & Give Back

Life is shaped and fueled by relationships. Soofarians care about each other; we listen, sympathize, and proactively offer our support. We make each client, supplier, and partner our friend.

We support our neighbors in Boston in beyond with volunteer hours and nonprofit resources.
